活动细则Introduction

What else do you know about China, except for it's home to giant pandas? Kung fu, tea, Beijing Opera or the Great Wall? After the great success of last year's "My Encounters with China" event, "Seeing Is Encountering" is now globally recruiting! Please don't miss the chance to share your story about China, and its unique pandas with our worldwide audience and win the mysterious prize~ Send relevant videos (longer than 45 seconds) to ipandaevent@vip.cntv.cn from now to February 20, 2023. The content can be diverse as long as it's about something related to China or pandas or your interactions with your friends from China - maybe a fantastic video of pandas, some unique talents in Chinese culture, or descriptions about a Chinese friend you share memories with. We're waiting to see your excellent work!
Requirements
1.The language used in the video should be either Chinese or English.
2.Participants should also provide your name and contact information in the email. The contact information includes your email address and another instant messenger account (WeChat/WhatsApp) for further communication (such as prize mailing).
3.For any video submitted during the event, the uploader makes sure he/she has the copyright. The submission of the video(s) means the uploader of the video(s) agrees to grant the organizers the right to use the works for non-commercial purpose related to this event.
4.Please make sure the contents of the video are friendly and original. The video shall not violate local laws and regulations; shall not involve pornography or violence; and respect others' privacy and religious beliefs. Any non-compliant video will be disqualified from the event.
5.The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of this event.

細則
1.視頻中使用的語言可為中文或英文。
2.投稿人在投稿郵件中，除了投稿視頻，還需提供包括姓名和聯繫方式在內的真實個人資訊，方便主辦單位後續溝通郵寄獎品等細節。（聯繫方式建議為郵箱+微信/WhatsApp等即時通訊軟體）
3.投稿人將作品進行上傳時，認可主辦方將作品用於本次活動相關的非商業用途，並無須支付任何費用。
4.投稿人應保證其為所投送作品的原始作者，並對該作品的整體及組成部分均擁有獨立、完整、明確、無爭議的著作權。視頻內容不得違反中國法律法規、道德、公共秩序或善良風俗，不得涉及色情或暴力，尊重他人的隱私和宗教信仰。任何不合規的視頻將被取消活動資格。
5.主辦單位對本活動擁有合理解釋權。
